I have a great time during my visit but unfortunately it was the weekend the northeast had a freak snowstorm at the end of Octobler. The snow wasn't bad in New York but in Massachusetts I guess they had a lot of snow. So much that my bus was cancelled and I was stuck in New York for my last night. Luckily I had my dears friends John and Anne in NY the same weekend and John used his points and booked me a room. Thanks John.
You have to visit the Met in your lifetime. Put it on your bucket list. I went on my first night but I only had about two and a half hours but luckily I had written down all the paintings I wanted to see and which room numbers they were located in so I was able to visit all the paintings I wanted to see in that short amount of time.
Here's some of the photos of the Met, I'll publish some more in other posts.

Joseph Lorusso & Peregrine Heathcote Opening Tonight
I'm really excited about the opening for Joseph Lorusso and Peregrine Heathcote at Newbury Fine Arts on Newbury St. in Boston. I missed the last opening for both artists and I'm glad to finally get a chance to meet and speak with them tonight. I'm bad about posting photos but I'm hoping to post photos here of the event but life takes a lot of time out of the day and updating the blog seems to take the back burner to everything else.
